1. Not insurance advice; no guarantee

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to insure. Quotes, illustrations, and rate ranges are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual premiums, coverage amounts, and issuance of any policy are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier based on underwriting guidelines, applicant eligibility, health information, age, tobacco use, state of residence, and other factors. Not all applicants qualify for every product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Site or submit a quote request. Products described on the Site may not be available in all states.

3. Licensed agent; solicitation

This is a solicitation for insurance. A licensed insurance agent may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding final expense insurance and related products. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or Medicare.

4. Accuracy of information

You agree that all information you submit is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misstatements on an insurance application may result in denial of coverage, policy rescission, or denial of claims.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Majestic Capital Protection and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites and services (for example, appointment scheduling or carrier portals). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties
