These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website (the "Site") of Majestic Capital Protection, the business name of Matt Harden, a licensed Utah insurance producer. By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not insurance advice; no guarantee

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to insure. Quotes, illustrations, and rate ranges are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual premiums, coverage amounts, and issuance of any policy are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier based on underwriting guidelines, applicant eligibility, health information, age, tobacco use, state of residence, and other factors. Not all applicants qualify for every product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a state where we are licensed to use the Site or submit a quote request. Products are currently offered to Utah residents only.

3. Licensed agent; solicitation

This is a solicitation for insurance. A licensed insurance agent may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding final expense insurance and related products. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or Medicare. Submitting a request does not create an agent–client relationship or bind coverage. Coverage begins only when a carrier approves your application and receives your first premium.

4. Text message terms

If you agree on our form, Majestic Capital Protection may send text messages about your quote request, appointments, and final expense and other life insurance to the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help, or call 801-992-1947. Consent to receive texts is not required to buy anything. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

5. Accuracy of information

You agree that all information you submit is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misstatements on an insurance application may result in denial of coverage, policy rescission, or denial of claims.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Majestic Capital Protection and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites and services (for example, appointment scheduling or carrier portals). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Majestic Capital Protection and its owners, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Majestic Capital Protection, its owners, agents, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
