• Coverage amount you are interested in

We may also use the information to (a) prepare quotes and applications, (b) verify eligibility with insurance carriers, (c) service any policy you apply for, and (d) comply with applicable law.

3. TCPA / SMS consent

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you expressly consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar state laws, to be contacted by Majestic Capital Protection and its licensed agents at the phone number and email you provided, including by autodialer and prerecorded or artificial voice, and by SMS text message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or ask to be removed at any time.

4. We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your contact information with unaffiliated marketers. We may share information with insurance carriers you apply with, and with service providers that help us operate the site (for example, hosting, email delivery, and scheduling), all of whom are bound to use it only for the services they provide to us.

5. How your information is stored and secured

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access- controlled database hosted by our cloud provider. Access is limited to authorized personnel of Majestic Capital Protection who need it to respond to your request. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. How to opt out or request deletion

You may opt out of further contact or request that we delete the personal information you submitted at any time by emailing matt@sgiam.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will honor verified requests within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.
