This Privacy Policy explains how Majestic Capital Protection collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information submitted through this website.

Who we are

Majestic Capital Protection is the business name of Matt Harden, a licensed Utah insurance producer. You can reach us at matt@sgiam.com or 801-992-1947.

Information we collect

• What you give us: name, phone, email, ZIP code, state, age, tobacco use, and the coverage amount you're interested in. On a call, you may also share health information needed to find a policy you qualify for.
• Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, the site that referred you, and a record of your consent (the wording you saw, the date and time, and the page).
• From others, if you apply: underwriting decisions and information carriers obtain with your authorization, such as prescription history or medical information databases.

How we use it

To contact you about final expense and other life insurance as you requested; to prepare quotes, submit applications and service your policy; to measure and improve our advertising; and to keep records the law requires.

Calls and texts

If you agree on our form, we may call and text you at the number you provided, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not required to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also opt out by telling us on a call or emailing us. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share it with

• Insurance carriers you ask us to quote or apply with, and the marketing organization that supports our carrier appointments, so they can quote, underwrite and issue a policy.
• Service providers that run this site for us: hosting and database, email delivery, appointment scheduling, and advertising measurement. They may use it only to provide services to us.
• Regulators, courts or others when the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated companies for their own marketing. We never share health information for marketing. We share it only to underwrite, issue or service a policy you apply for, or as the law allows.

Cookies and advertising tools

We use the Meta Pixel, and may use Google Analytics, to measure visits and actions such as submitting our form. These tools may collect information about your device, how you use our site, and, in coded form, contact details you enter. We do not send your health-related answers, such as tobacco use, to them. You can block cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook account.

How we protect it

Information is encrypted in transit and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to Majestic Capital Protection. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and consent records: up to 5 years after our last contact. Client records: as long as your policy is in force and for the period the law and our carrier contracts require.

Your choices

To stop calls or texts, or to ask what we have about you, correct it, or delete it, emailmatt@sgiam.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject or call 801-992-1947. We respond within 30 days. We keep a record of any opt-out so we don't contact you again, and we may keep records the law requires.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
